This is what top-executive coaching program does for me.
Here’s how it works
- Once you have indicated that you are open to a no-obligation conversation about your situation, a suitable discussion partner will be selected from the network of top executive coaches. He or she will schedule an appointment, which will only be charged if a follow-up to this introductory conversation is agreed upon. ‘No click, no costs’.
- Based on the conversation, a 100% tailor-made program will be proposed. Various options are available, including:
- An open number of follow-up sessions of 2 hours at a fixed rate per session.
- A 3-5 session program with at most 2 to 4 weeks between sessions.
- A Maintenance Program, consisting of one ‘check-in’ session per quarter.
- A year-long program for sustainable positive behavioral change.
- A Team program with the executive team.
- A one-time brainstorming session with a VIP or other more ‘provocative’ discussion partner, designed to challenge existing assumptions or disrupt conventional thinking to inspire new visions and insights. Rates depend on the approach, pricing and availability of the coach.
- Once the proposal is approved, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled, and the program will begin. For all programs, 24/7 availability for interim contact is included. The programs are ‘blended’, meaning that in addition to face-to-face meetings, online sessions are also included.
